Dream House, Pombal

Carrying out an architecture and design project of a passive house, in the region of Pombal, 50 km from Coimbra. The PassivHaus concept, developed in Germany in the late 80's, is defined by the construction based on passive strategies, resulting in a low energy consumption and ensuring a high thermal comfort of the interior spaces.

The "Passive House" is one of the solutions to meet the requirements of the European Directive 2010/31/EU which sets the ambitious goal of “Near Zero Energy Buildings".
